"Our family had such a lovely week at Blue Bay Cabin! The location is far enough to feel secluded, but close enough to enjoy neighbouring Calabogie and to get supplies. The cabin itself is fully equipped and beautifully decorated – the pictures really do it justice. We loved the private lake access and the boats – the kids used the pedal boat every single day to fish, swim and catch the occasional turtle. They also felt very grown up sleeping in the Bunkie! The team was very responsive, and gladly took our feedback on our stay. We would absolutely book Blue Bay Cabin again. "

"I was the lucky winner of Blue Bay Cabin's Girlfriend Getaway contest. I had the amazing opportunity to bring 3 friends for a 2 night stay at the cabin in October. We were greeted with beautiful gift packages that made our stay even more cozy and relaxing. This cabin has such a comforting, warm feel with it's modern/rustic decor. It has everything you would need for a weekend stay (and more)! The views are absolutely breathtaking. You are right in the bay of Stones Lake. Sitting in the provided muskoka chair in the morning and enjoying a hot cup of coffee while listening to the loons is so peaceful. While it rained for part of our stay, the screened in porch provided a perfect spot to gather and play board games. The entire weekend was just perfect. A much needed getaway with the girls! We cannot wait to come back!"

"Myself and 7 friends rented the blue bay cabin for a 3 day weekend and it exceeded expectations on every single front. The location was on a beautiful, quiet lake close to all necessary amenities, and the cabin was extremely clean, newly renovated and has more than you need in terms of space and services. The property manager Tiffany went above and beyond to ensure our stay was more than comfortable. I will definitely be a repeat customer and in my opinion the price is an absolute steal!"

"We spent a week in August in the cabin with two other families. It was a perfect vacation! We enjoyed fishing, boating, kayaking, and the quiet lakeside view so much. The cabin is very new, clean, and comfy. Everything looks exactly the same as in the photos on the website. It is very generous of the owner to have provided us with welcoming goodies and a bottle of wine, free! And there are also plenty of towels, blankets, utensils, and bathroom supplies stored in the cabin. We really did not need to pack too much luggage as the cabin is so well equipped. The property manager Tiffany is super nice. Always quick and patient in answering my email or phone inquiries. When I worried about the validity of the rental agreement, she graciously offered to make videos of the cabin inside and out and sent them to me via email. Above all, the price is very reasonable. We will definitely come back."

Our first stay in Calabogie was enhanced by the beautiful lake side setting, and well thought out interior which surpassed what we needed. We intend to return to do more outdoor activities."

"We stayed at the Blue Bay Cabin in Calabogie for one week. I wish we stayed longer! Everything from accommodations to customer service exceeded our expectations. The place was beautiful, warm and welcoming and was equipped with everything we needed. There are lots of trails and things to do nearby. One of our favourite things was star gazing; you can see so many at night! There were lots of bay animals around the cabin; it was nice being so close to nature. We really enjoyed this place and will be booking again in the future."

"We had such an amazing stay this fall at Blue Bay Cabin. We went for a few days away with our 6 month old baby and had such a relaxing time. The property is beautiful on a quiet lake, the cottage was clean and gorgeous. So beautifully renovated it looks like something out of a magazine. There are so many cute details including the hidden Murphy bed for additional sleep space, a smeg toaster and board games! I couldn’t help but to think how perfect this cottage would be for a couple of families or a girls or guys weekend. The bunkie provides even more space to sleep. Hoping to return to this spot some day, there’s so much to do in the area! "

"Craving a winter escape brought us to Blue Bay Cabin and wow did it exceeded our expectations. Yes you are in a cabin however it’s more like a luxury boutique hotel nestled out in nature. Beautifully designed in natural and organic elements. Kitchen is very well equipped and the beds with their super comfy comforters and pillows made for a very restful sleep. Of course the peaceful surroundings also helped.

Location is perfect to do many fun activities in nearby Calabogie. We got out skating on the lake and hiked the Madawaska Nordic trail during our stay. It was so relaxing to sit in front of the large, glowing fireplace to end our fun day. We will definitely be re booking for another retreat at this magical cabin."
